Okay, Handel's is the best ice cream in town! A solid 5 star but the only reason I can't give it the full five is because, majority of the time, I don't get the correct flavors... and when I get home during that specific time of the month I'm pretty peeved about it Any other time I can look over it because it's just that dang good! Just sucks the rate at which it happens. I think it's because they hire young adults (maybe high school/ college). I must say though, they are always friendly. BUT ANYWAY! I can't get over the selection of flavors and each month they have new options (yes more than one!!!) for the "Flavor of the month"! I ALWAYS get the four scoop sampler. Don't let the name fool you - they are not tiny scoops and for the price, it's just ridiculous I've tried the competitors here in town that people rave about and quite frankly they are overpriced and overhyped! I also love the convenience of walking up to the window and not having to be crammed into a small/ loud ice cream shop. If you haven't tried this amazing creamery stop everything you're doing and run to the nearest location! 10 out of 10 would recommend every time.

This location carries more flavors/different flavors than the boca park location, however i seem to like the boca park location more. Why? because we get to get samples to try out the flavors before making final decision, however at this location there's no sampling- which i didn't like that. Also usually during the day it gets quite busy as it is an outdoor location you have to wait in line for quite a while outside, and it gets hottt. I rather come here at night. Overall it is the same ice cream quality just i didn't like not being able to sample the few flavors i had in mind before making my final decision.

I totally have a Handel's problem. In fact I may need an intervention!! My husband and I go to Handel's almost every weekend to pick up some ice cream. This post is about customer service since I obviously love the ice cream. I have to give a shout out to one employee in particular. Her name is Danni ( I hope Im spelling that correctly). Every time we come, she is so friendly and kind. She answers our questions with a smile when we're asking about new flavors. When she is not helping us, service is fast and good, but there's not that warm extra greeting or smile. Danni is awesome!! The service she provides is a prime example of what good customer service should look like!

Fantastic flavors of ice cream & love the brownies in the brownie sundaes. The only down side is the LONG line but that tells you how good the ice cream is!
